This is ridiculous. I'm still confused how something like this could not be considred unconstitutional. Can someone refresh my memory? How did DC get around this? Prohibiting people from owning handguns clearly seems to me to be a violation of the second amendment? Is it because they can't own handguns but can own shotguns? Eitherway, it doesn't make sense to me. If an earthquake were to happen, I'd want to protect my family and myself.
